Electoral Reform is a No Brainer?

OK, who but an anorak like me would eagerly view at least some of the Party Election Broadcasts on BBC iPlayer? Alas it seems nobody but me has picked up on the Chief Tory of Scotland extolling the virtues of Regional Assemblies and Proportional Representation:-

'The great thing about this election, and this parliament, is you vote for what you want. You don't have to vote for a party you don't like because there is a party you like even less, you actually vote for the policies you want and for the politicians you believe in.'

I should have written to Ramsey McClegg's mate in downing street to check that he is supporting Electoral Reform......
